I lived as a tenant of Sara’s in my last year of university and I cannot fault her

I have lived in Sara’s homes for two years throughout my studies. The two houses I lived in were more like my home from home. Sara is a brilliant landlady, no issue was too small and she always works well with you to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Sara shows she genuinely cares about her tenants. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Harrison Mossop Homes (HM HOMES) was established in 2015 by David and Sara Mossop to provide quality student homes in Carlisle.
After working for many years as a lettings manager for a local business, looking after residential, commercial and student properties, Sara decided to concentrate on her own portfolio of student and residential properties.
Being a student can be stressful, we provide a safe, comfortable, modern environment for tenants to study/chill out.
As parents of teenage children ourselves we appreciate how important it is to live in a safe environment.

CPM also provide 24/7 emergency support for your piece of mind!
All our houses are available to rent in Carlisle with easy access to University locations.
All rents include gas, water, electricity and 1 TV licence, so you can plan your finances easily.
HM Homes works closely with a local maintenance firm to ensure any difficulties arising at any of our properties are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
Sara Mossop, and the managing agent are accredited members of the National Landlords Association, Cumbria Landlords Association and is a trained fire warden.
All of our homes comply with current fire and health and safety standards.
Contracts are on an individual tenancy basis, this means tenants will only be responsible for their own rent payments.
