- What is the contract duration?
47 Weeks
- How much is the deposit?
Typically £200 security deposit, this is registered with Mydeposits, and returned at the end of tenancy (assuming there are no damages/shortfall)
- Do you need a guarantor
Usually yes, however if you have issues providing a UK guarantor please get in touch to see if we can work out a solution.
- How do I pay for my rent?
Typically rent is paid termly, however if you prefer to pay weekly/termly then this can be considered and a suitable payment schedule agreed on.
- Can I have overnight guests?
Yes, but they should be considerate of others in the share, and there are limitations on consecutive nights stays
- Is it a shared contract for the house/flat?
No, each room is individually contracted
- Do you accommodate for couples?
Yes, we can provide rooms for couples with a surcharge for additional utilities.
- Do you allow pets?
Pets are considered, but not always permitted due to shared accommodation use.
